- There will be a $5 processing fee for items returned without either the original receipt or a Return authorization.
- Please note our online return policy applies only to orders placed on our website. Returns or exchanges will NOT be accepted at our retail stores.
- Shipping & handling is not refundable for returns.
- Gift Certificates are not refundable
- When returning shoes, the return will be denied if the shoe box has been used as the shipping box.
- We will accept returns for your unworn item(s) to us within 30 days of the original shipment date.
- The item must have all of its original tags and packaging still attached and in new condition.
- Sneakers/shoes must be returned with their original box.
- Full refunds will be issued within 7 days of receiving the return for the cost of the item(s). You will receive a confirmation by email once your exchanges/refunds are processed.
- All discounted merchandise is final sale [sorry no exceptions]
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless it was our mistake.
- All not full price/sale items are final sale.
- All DEADSTOCK and Vintage clothing, hats and sunglasses items are final sale.
- Due to sanitary reason bathing suits and underwear may not be returned or exchanged.
- Toys may not be returned or exchanged unless they have a manufacture defect.
- Please include a copy of your order with the return so we can apply the credit to your account.
